Delivery policy

• We deliver to locations within New South Wales. Delivery times and charges will vary depending on your location.
• Once your order is placed, we will do our best to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimated, and we cannot guarantee specific arrival times.
• Alcohol will only be delivered to persons over the age of 18. If no one is available to receive the delivery or the recipient cannot provide proof of age, the delivery will be returned to us, and you may need to pay for re-delivery.

Refunds and returns

Due to the nature of our products (alcohol), we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged during delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
