Roscoe’s Bar

The obvious question is, who is Roscoe, and why did we decide to name our distillery bar after him? 
Moving to a new country as an adult can be challenging. However, the kindness and curiosity that Ross showed me upon my arrival felt like a warm hug. As a well-known figure in the world of wine, his passion, knowledge, and sense of conviviality were contagious. With a twinkle in his eye, he generously shared his expertise and exceptionally rare bottles. A true bon vivant, he valued both people and conversation as much as the finer things in life. Roscoe was not just a gentleman; he was a true friend. We shared many meals together, and I wish we could have enjoyed many more. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will always remain. 

It felt only natural to name the bar in his honour, and we raise a toast to this incredible man.
